Our fearless leader and others have so many great ideas. Next year sounds very exciting with a mix of workshops and open studio. And of course the demonstrations are sure to expand our knowledge. Look for for more information next month.

Dues:

You can pay your dues by cash or check. It is only $25 for the whole year!

Librarian:

The Library has lots and lots of books. To borrow, email Stephanie and request up to 3 books for the next meeting. You will need to have a $10 check made out to New Metal Artists. The loans are for one month unless no one else has requested the book.

Announcements:
The Bead Society Bazaar will be October 22nd. The show will be 10-5 at the Veterans Memorial Center in Culver City. Please contact Sandy to volunteer to be a greeter or demonstrator. Also bring examples of your work and flyers for any classes you may be teaching.

Have you ever wanted to attach things with eyelets? Volcano Arts has them in various sizes and a setting tool as well.

And then there is Kit Kraft. They have Adhesives, Craft Supplies, Models and Miniatures, Paint and more. Their clear acrylic plastic domes look cool. They also have a nice selection of plastic and glass bottles.

Design Challenge Details:

It's her! Time for the Design Challenge. There will be 3 categories with cash prizes so do enter. And if not, do come anyway, because there will be lots of wonderful pieces to admire.

Earring Exchange:
December is our earring exchange. You bring a pair and take a pair home. Please refrain from making a large/heavy pair.
